Here are some of the things we are doing to ensure a safe environment for our guests in compliance with the latest State , FDA, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and Environmental Protection Agency guidance.

  • Customers will not be allowed to enter if they are currently or have recently been sick.

  • We ask that customers wear face coverings when entering the building and that they keep them on until they get to their table and when moving around the restaurant. Hosts and servers are also required to wear face coverings in the dining room.

  • Kitchen employees will wear face coverings and gloves when handling food, consistent with guidelines from the Food and Drug Administration

  • We will be limiting our restaurant capacity to ensure that there is six feet of separation between parties or groups at different tables

  • During peak hours (Saturday and Sunday) we ask that customers make a reservation so we can limit restaurant capacity and allow for appropriate social distancing. We ask that customers wait outside or in their cars until their table is ready. Hosts will take a phone number and send a text message or call to notify guest when their table is ready.

  • We have removed table top condiments (ketchups, salt & pepper, creamers and jelly) and will provide them upon request.

  • High-contact areas will be sanitized after each customer (tables, chairs, payment screens).

  • Paper menus have been removed and we will offer QR codes and digital menus to reduce the possibility of exposure.

We have trained our employees on the appropriate use of personal protective equipment in conjunction with food safety guidelines as well as food safety health protocols. You can find our updated operating procedures here.
